One year Later!

Dear Pam,
It has been 1 yr since I have been with my family. I want you to know I am very happy with them. They take me everywhere - I have been hiking in the mountains and running on the beaches! I love going on runs and mtn bike rides (although I still run!) with my family. I especially like my sister "Scout" - she and I like to tackle each other all the time. I have taught Scout how to stalk chipmunks and squirrels (she used to stalk ducks and geese but now ignores them). We make quite a pair!
Recently my parents have taken me to NH and Vermont where there have been wood burning stoves. I have discovered how cozy it is to lay in front of them! I like the warmth so much I have convinced Mom and Dad to install one this winter.
I got an early Christmas present from my grandparents. They got me and Scout a super big, fluffy bed. Now Scout and I have room to stretch out although we usually still like to cuddle up to each other. We keep our bed downstairs to nap during the day, because they really like it when we sleep in their bed at night with them, which we always do.
Its been a great year. I have been to many states: Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, New York, New Jersey, PA, and have done many new things. I got to walk down the aisle at the wedding and I was a very good girl. Of coarse I miss you, Kenny, Gunner and Kylee but I really like it here and want to thank you so much for taking good care of me and making sure I found a nice home to live in. I will always remember you and cant wait to see you all this spring.
Today is my "2 yr b-day" and I am about to have a dinner of chicken, rice, beef and sweet potatoes! Yum!
